Meet Heather Geis Lensgraf
I am Heather Geis Lensgraf, RYT 500 (doing business as Nirvrtti Yoga). I have taught yoga since 2007. I am passionate about teaching yoga because it promotes lifelong wellness! I have also been a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist for over 30 years, which informs my yoga teaching.
